First 1,000 Pre-Registered Adult and 100 Pre-Registered POLLYWOG RUNNERS will receive T-shirts.

Gates open at 6:30 am. Check-in starts 6;30 am.

Individual runs start at 8:00 am; second wave starts at 8:10 am: third wave starts at 8:20 am.

Pollywog run starts at 9:30 am. (Look for sign directing you to the start area)

First Wave start at 8:00 a.m. There will be THREE or FOUR waves starting every 10 minutes.

Team Waves normally start at 10:30 am. Report to registration by 10:00 am.

Pollywog (children) race will start at 9:30 am. Ages 12 and under.
